This hand-forged Japanese Samurai Katana Sword, crafted from 1095 steel, undergoes a clay tempering process with a precise layer of clay and carefully balanced clay mixture for differential hardening, resulting in a double hamon pattern. The blade is heated to high temperature and then subjected to a quenching process using water or oil, creating a flexible spine and exceptional edge sharpness, embodying the elegance of traditional Japanese craftsmanship in a Kanmuri-Otoshi Zukuri design.
