Japanese Katana:

Katana is a Japanese sword characterized by a curved, single-edged blade with a circular or squared guard and a long grip to accommodate two hands. These Katanas are truly inspired and unique due to the craftsmen always evolving forging processes to create various blades.

This hand-forged Japanese samurai sword features a clay-tempered katana with a differential hardening process, where the blade is heated and quenched using a clay mixture to create a distinct cutting edge and a flexible spine. The sword undergoes a high temperature treatment, followed by rapidly cooling in water or oil, ensuring exceptional strength and sharpness. The traditional clay tempering process used in this sword exemplifies traditional Japanese craftsmanship, while the Kozuka shell saya adds a unique, elegant touch.
