The blade is made of 1095 high carbon steel, it is differentially hardened and has a visible hamon. After polishing the blade is darkened. The color film on the blade is solid. The cutting edge is thick, the sword is suitable for heavy cutting. The tsuka is made of hardwood, wrapped with genuine rayskin and synthetic silk ito. The saya is made of hardwood. Tsuba, fuchi and kashira are made of iron. The sword is fully customisable.
